Our President/Owner

Natalie was born to build.  Her professional journey began as the first ever female graduate of BYU-Idaho’s Construction Management Program with an emphasis in Architectural Design, graduating summa cum laude.  She spent the next 20+ years in the construction industry further refining her talents in both residential building as a Purchasing Manager and commercial building as a Senior Project Estimator before her most recent success as CEO of Waltman Homes.
 

Through both education and experience, Natalie has proven her ability to not only manage but excel in all areas of the home building process.  Her multi-faceted responsibilities in residential homebuilding and commercial estimating enhances her role as President of Alder Ridge Homes.

Having been through the process of working with a builder from the client side personally, it gives me the knowledge and first hand experience of the joys and challenges of building a new home as well as buying or selling small acreage properties.

I am a native Idahoan! I was born in Boise and raised in the Eagle area and currently reside in the small town of Melba. My wife and I love it there because of the amazing community and gorgeous views. I have been actively selling real estate since 2015 and have been an Associate Broker since 2017. In my nearly ten years of experience, the most valuable knowledge I have gained is how to effectively traverse difficult scenarios in transactions.


I have found great fulfillment focusing much of my efforts on new construction while still staying prevalent in resale as well. New homes and helping people through the process of building is a passion of mine. I excel in this position due to my work ethic that was instilled in me from when I was young. I still remember my Dad coming home after work and heading out for a couple more hours of work around the property. I use this along with many other lessons learned along the way on a daily basis. I am lauded for my attention to detail because new construction has so many moving parts, it’s easy to get lost or overwhelmed. I keep my clients on track, organized, and in the know to be as helpful and informative as possible during the home buying, building and selling process.
